What We Expect

You must:

• Think in hypotheses
• Run experiments
• Prototype fast (days, not months)
• Understand APIs and backend systems
• Work with LLMs (OpenAI, open-source models, automation tools)
• Analyze cost structures and scalability
• Ship imperfect MVPs
• Iterate weekly

If you cannot build a working prototype yourself using AI tools, you are not a fit.

Required Skillset

• Strong product intuition
• Technical fluency (backend logic, APIs, infra constraints)
• Experience building or launching something real
• Deep curiosity (you research obsessively)
• High ownership psychology
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Speed bias

Bonus:

• Built your own SaaS
• Used Cursor / Replit / Python / Node / automation stacks
• Played with AI models deeply
• Broken production systems before and learned from it
